Privacy at NextLV
This page explains the information NextLV uses today and the safeguards that will be in place before any invited seller tests the proposed Etsy integration.
Current Etsy status: The first Personal App request was declined. NextLV submitted its revised Personal App request, and Etsy received it. It is pending Etsy review. Etsy portal status: Pending Personal Approval. The API key is not active. No Etsy connection is currently available. NextLV does not collect Etsy API data through this integration.
Information used by the current service
When you create or use a NextLV account, the authentication service processes the identifiers and session information needed to sign you in. NextLV may also process information you deliberately submit to operate the workspace and respond to support requests.
We use that information to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. We do not use this page to claim collection that has not started.
Proposed invited test data
If the revised application is approved and a seller is invited to test it, NextLV will use Etsy OAuth to request only active listing data. Sellers will not create or paste API keys. NextLV will publish a listing change only after the seller confirms that change.
The proposed Personal App test does not include sales or finance workflows, customer messaging, advertising management, or event-subscription features. NextLV will not scrape Etsy webpages or access Etsy internal or legacy interfaces.
Analytics, machine learning and AI
NextLV will not use Etsy API content for analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
Storage, sharing and retention
No Etsy API data is currently stored through this integration. Before inviting any seller to test it, NextLV will establish and test specific retention and deletion periods and procedures, then publish them on this page. This policy does not claim those operations already exist.
NextLV will not sell Etsy seller or member data. Service providers may process limited information only where needed to operate, secure or support NextLV, subject to appropriate obligations.
