Terms for using NextLV
These terms apply between NextLV and the person using the NextLV application. Etsy is not a party to these terms.
Acceptance and service status
When creating a NextLV account, you must explicitly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Signing in to an existing account does not create an additional acceptance step.
The first Personal App request was declined. NextLV submitted its revised Personal App request, and Etsy received it. It is pending Etsy review. Etsy portal status: Pending Personal Approval. The API key is not active. No Etsy connection is currently available. This page does not promise an approval date.
Etsy integration boundaries
The revised application is for one NextLV Personal App and a limited, invitation-only test. If approved, the test will use Etsy's official Open API and seller OAuth authorization to read active listings and publish only seller-confirmed edits. Sellers will not create or paste API keys.
The test does not include sales or finance workflows, Etsy Messages, Etsy Ads, or event-subscription features. NextLV will not scrape Etsy webpages, use internal or legacy Etsy interfaces, or use Etsy API content for analytics, machine learning or artificial intelligence.
NextLV will request Commercial Access before offering the integration beyond the invited test.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your access credentials, use NextLV lawfully, and connect only shops and data you are authorized to manage. You must not use NextLV to bypass Etsy policies, security controls or checkout.
Changes and contact
